TandemPV engaged Anthony Lewis Inc. for a three-phase build-out of an advanced manufacturing and laboratory facility in Fremont — from architectural shell and lab build-out, through lab-grade process utilities (DI water, process cooling water, compressed dry air, nitrogen), to industrial exhaust and seismic anchoring. Dual-licensed (B #851107, C-10), ALI self-coordinated framing, electrical, HVAC, process piping, epoxy flooring, and painting under one roof. The hard part wasn't the breadth of trades — it was that the facility was being commissioned around the work. As the client installed and tuned production equipment, scope shifted constantly, and ALI absorbed nearly 30 client-driven change orders in the final phase alone without losing the base schedule.
