When it came time to select a general contractor for the tenant improvement project for the new YogaSource Los Gatos studio, Anthony was an obvious frontrunner for the job.
The state of the economy and the size of the project ($750K+) meant that we received several attractive offers from local general contractors but ultimately we felt that Anthony Lewis was the best all-around choice, and we were not disappointed. Unlike many general contractors who will bid low to get the job and sting you later with extra expense, Anthony provided fair, transparent costs for each part of the project.
The schedule for the project was extremely tight, we had 3 months to complete a full build-out of approximately 11,000 square feet of empty building shell to what is now the country’s premium yoga studio. Anthony was able to meet the deadline and we passed final inspection on our target date. Anthony’s staff and foreman exceeded our expectations in the areas of attention to detail, focus on quality, and willingness to ‘make it right’ at all costs.
